Marib, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

For the second day in a row, the Houthi militia failed to regain strategic positions it lost on the battle fronts in the southwest of Marib Governorate.

A field source said that, in the early hours of dawn, the Houthi militia launched one attack after another to restore the sites of Kharaba, which the army and Murad tribes had seized on Friday, in the Al-Hadba front.

The source added that the clashes resulted in the deaths and injuries of the Houthis, due to the army's fire, the Murad tribes, and the raids of the Arab coalition.

On the other hand, two of Murad were martyred, one of them was Sakher Naji Talian.

In turn, the coalition warplanes launched air strikes targeting militia vehicles and vehicles in Rahba district.

In the eastern sector of the Jabal Murad fronts, the Houthi militia failed to achieve any significant progress on the Rahum front.

The source confirmed that an attack launched by the militias had been broken and that they suffered losses among their fighters and military equipment.

The army forces and the tribes of Jabal Murad were able on Friday afternoon to take control of the strategic site of Al-Kharaba and the summit of Jabal Al-Hadid on the outskirts of the Rahba district, thus being able to extend fire control on the Baqath road and cut off the Houthi supply lines to it.
