Aden, NewsYemen:

On Tuesday, the Southern Transitional Council stressed the need for the parity government to carry out its duties towards citizens without delay, foremost of which is controlling dealers manipulating the prices of food and medicinal commodities and the need to commit to paying late salaries.

This came during a meeting held by the Crisis Cell at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, today , headed by Dr. Khaled Medhaf, Head of the Political Department, in the capital, Aden.

The meeting stressed the need to open an international investigation into the crime of bombing the airport and provide redress for the martyrs and wounded, stressing that "this crime rises to the ranks of war crimes."

He stressed the need to compensate, empower and help the families of the victims to gain access to the knowledge of the perpetrators of the crime and hold them accountable, noting that this is the least duty that can be offered to redress.

The cell warned of attempts to torpedo the efforts of the governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, to normalize life in the capital, Aden, and measures to reduce the prices of basic materials, through the return of manipulation of the foreign exchange rate, despite the fact that food importers and major merchants obtain the dollar from the Saudi deposit and through the central bank at a discount that is not traded in the market.

It indicated that the water crisis had returned again, after the burning of 7 pumps, considering this an act of sabotage, especially since it took place shortly after the governor launched the drilling of 10 wells.
