Mayad calls on international experts to review the work of the Yemeni Central Bank since its transfer to Aden

The former governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Hafedh Mayad, called on a team of international experts to form a specialized team to review the bank’s operations since its transfer to the capital, Aden.

Mayad published a document on his personal Facebook account, which he said "submitted it to the United Nations expert team due to the continuing corruption, revenge against the people and misleading public opinion."

In the letter, the former governor of the Central Bank of Yemen called on the team of international experts to review the work of the Central Bank since its transfer to Aden, including the period of its chairing the Economic Committee.


Mayad also called on international experts to take all measures in accordance with the international resolution and the sanctions committee, and to add those who prove their involvement in international sanctions, and to publish the results to the public opinion.
