The Seventh Brigade in Hays stopped the Houthi advance and inflicted heavy losses on them

 On Tuesday, the joint forces stationed at the Hays front in Hodeidah repelled the advance of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, as they tried to advance to the front lines, and the forces sustained heavy losses in equipment and dozens of dead and wounded, including a leader.

A military source in the Hayes front explained to NewsYemen that the forces of the 7th Brigade, giants led by a member of the Joint Command in the West Coast, Brigadier General "Ali Al-Keneni", repelled a massive Houthi advance launched by the militias from their locations in the villages of Zami and Rabat, south of the city center.


The source confirmed that the Iranian arm launched its suicide attack under the cover of intense fire with various weapons, and it lasted for more than three continuous hours, in a constant attempt to penetrate the contact lines and advance to the positions of the 7 giants' forces stationed at the Suqm Junction, but to no avail.


He pointed out that the men of the joint forces managed to repel the terrorist attack, inflicting heavy losses on the militias, and reinforcements were targeted on board crews, and the forces' strikes resulted in the death and injury of dozens among the attacking elements, including the death of a Houthi leader.
