What is the secret of taking the Tor al-Baha region in particular as the location of the alleged axis?

What is the secret of the Ministry of Defense’s silence about axis-sized innovations in such a sensitive area .. Was the Ministry of Defense really not aware of its creation?

What is the secret of forming this axis and what are its tasks?

Why does one of the corridor formations bear the name of the Coastal Defense Brigade, given that the geographical area of the new axis does not contain a coastline?

What are the secrets of this axis and how did the story of its formation begin?

In order to know all these secrets, we must first go back to the chronology of events that were prepared for its creation.

Since May 2018, military actions have ceased on all fronts of Taiz with the Houthis, and the hostilities on the fronts were limited to defense and to repel the attacks of the Houthi militia instead of the attack. The announcement of the events indicated that the Brotherhood axis is devoting itself to tightening the grip on the home front instead of fighting the Houthis in Al-Hawban and the non-liberated areas in Taiz.

The Brotherhood turned the gun towards the issuance of comrades of arms in Al-Hujaria, which was then under the control of the geographical area of the 35th Armored Brigade led by Brigadier General Adnan Al-Hammadi, the man under whose leadership about 70% of the currently liberated areas were liberated, knowing that he is popular and a great incubator in Al Hujaria for his heroic actions and stances. But the man was not affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood in Taiz, and this was what the Brotherhood disliked more than the Houthis on the outskirts of the city, so they sought to love you with tight plans to neutralize his power and drop Al-Hujaria in their hands.

August 30, 2019, the former Brotherhood leader in the resistance, Hammoud Al-Mikhlafi, announced the formation of his own brigade in the Yefres district of Jabal Habashi, where Al-Mikhlafi called on a video clip from Turkey on social media to all the people of Taiz in the southern border of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to return and join his forces outside the framework of the Ministry of Defense. This is what happened later after the formation of this force with 5,000 fighters.

This formation came at a time when Al-Hajriya is experiencing security tensions due to the Brotherhood's incitement and propaganda against the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade and accusing him of working for external and internal parties hostile to the Brotherhood.

December 2, 2019 The announcement of the assassination of Brigadier General Adnan Al-Hammadi, commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, at his home, with vague circumstances that indicated the Brotherhood's involvement in the assassination.

July 10, 2020 The Brotherhood's news channels and websites announced the issuance of a presidential decree appointing the brigadier general, who is close to the Brotherhood, Abdul Rahman Al-Shamsani, as commander of the 35th Armored Brigade to succeed Hammadi, which angered the leaders of 35 armored vehicles and the people of Al-Hajriyah and considered it an imposition of the Brotherhood's influence on Al-Hujaria militarily.

The brigade leaders rejected the decision and considered it unfair. Rather, it was to appoint one of the brigade commanders instead of appointing Al Shamsani, who was the actual commander of the Brotherhood’s 17th Infantry Brigade.

The military situation became tense later, so that the Taiz Axis announced on August 19, 2020, that a massive security campaign had been launched against what it called the military rebellion of the 35th Brigade, in which all the military formations of the Brotherhood participated, in addition to forces from the Al-Mikhlafi Brigade outside the framework of the Ministry of Defense.

The security campaign ended with the storming of the homes of the leaders of the 35th Brigade, displacing them and harassing their families. The body of one of the sons of the former head of operations of the 35th Brigade, Aseel al-Jabzi, was mutilated.

August 22, 2020 It was announced that Brigadier General Al Shamsani, who was imposed by the Brotherhood, had taken over the headquarters of the 35th Brigade in the Al-Ain region, thus the Brotherhood forces in Taiz were able to extend their full control over all liberated areas in Taiz, both security and military.

Amid all these events, a central question revolves around what is the relationship of the fall of Al-Hujaria to the Fourth Brigade and the axis of Al-Baha, which will be formed later ?!

After Al-Hujaria was affiliated with the military sector of the 35th Armored Brigade at the time of Al-Hammadi, the Brotherhood was looking for a foothold for them in Al-Hujaria, and they did not find any better than Al-Jiboli to carry out the mission, so the plan was as follows:

Creation of the Fourth Mountain Infantry Brigade and the appointment of the Muslim Brotherhood, Abu Bakr al-Jabbouli, as its commander.

2016 The Brotherhood claimed the issuance of a presidential decree to form the Fourth Mountain Infantry Brigade in the Tor al-Baha region and the Muqataireh District in Lahj, and the appointment of Abu Bakr Ali Muhammad al-Jabouli as its commander, and his promotion to the rank of brigadier general, knowing that the aforementioned is a professor at the College of Education in Tor al-Baha and a former correspondent for Akhbar al-Youm newspaper affiliated with Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar.

The axis was formed from a mixture of former soldiers and civilians from the resistance who had originally been included in the "35th Brigade" and the Brotherhood's Axis brigades, and as it was decided at the beginning of the formation of the Fourth Brigade that its role and theater of operations would be limited to Tor al-Baha and the Muqatara district, but the Brotherhood had been They prepared for him another role for that advertiser, and this was exemplified by their announcement in November 2018 of the formation of a training camp belonging to the Fourth Brigade in Al-Turbah, the center of Al-Shamayatayn District, Taiz, which was considered a violation of the military rules, as the area follows the Al-Hajriya military sector of the 35th Armored Brigade and does not follow the Fourth Brigade.

Therefore, the intention was clear that the purpose of the Brotherhood’s formation of the "Fourth Brigade" was to suffocate and besiege the 35th Brigade and to push the Hammadi into military clashes with the Sabiha tribes, to which al-Jabbouli belongs, to facilitate the task of equipping the Brotherhood over the 35th Armored Brigade and controlling al-Hajriya, which is what the brigade actually played in Brotherhood battle to shoot down 35 and dominate it in 2020.

The Fourth Brigade from the beginning represented the Brotherhood’s straw that dropped al-Hajriya. The Brotherhood established it with two main goals:

The first was accomplished by dropping the stone in the hands of the Brotherhood.

As for the second, it was represented by what the brigade and its position would play in the future by dropping Lahj and its coastal strip in the hands of the group and enabling them to blockade Aden.

After Al-Jabbouli successfully played his Brotherhood role in Hujaria, arrangements began for him to play the larger pivotal role.

The information indicated that the Taiz brothers transferred dozens of al-Mikhlafi and Brotherhood recruits to the Fourth Camps in Tor al-Baha, in addition to registering hundreds of new recruits for training courses, while the mountain chains of al-Shamayatayn districts of Taiz, al-Muqarabah and al-Muqaratah for Hajj witnessed the creation of many new camps and sites belonging to the “Fourth and the Mikhlafi Brigade.”

Amidst all these secret moves, the Brotherhood’s first official announcement of the alleged Tor al-Baha axis came on October 25, 2020, by the secretary of the Taiz Media Corridor, Arkan al-Jubaihi, who referred to the establishment of a new camp affiliated with the Fourth Brigade in what he called the air base in Jabal Araaf, the Maqatara district, It is considered the fourth camp for the brigade, which owns three camps in Lahj and another in the Al-Asabeh area in Al-Shamayatayn, Taiz.

By satellite analogy, the new Araaf camp is 8 kilometers from the center of Al-Sabiha district, 18 kilometers from the soil, in the center of Al-Shamayatayn District, and 46 kilometers from the nearest coastal point of the Mudaraba district of Lahj.

This announcement came after Tor al-Baha district witnessed on October 19 military tensions on the part of the transitional forces and the fourth against the backdrop of the detention of the ninth brigade thunderbolt of the transitional a shipment of Saudi weapons that was on its way to Taiz axis before an agreement was reached between the parties with Saudi mediation to deliver the shipment in exchange for canceling the innovations Military brotherhood and Jabbouli in Tor Al Baha.

This was followed in November by Abd al-Rahman Jalal Abd al-Qawi Shaher, son of the Sheikh of al-Sabiha sheikhs, to send a letter to al-Jabouli asking him to quickly cancel the so-called Tor al-Baha axis and all the recent innovations to defuse tension in the district.

In turn, in the same month, Al-Jbouli sent a telegram to the Minister of Defense asking him to reformulate the decision to reposition the Axis forces outside Tor Al-Baha, in addition to changing his name to the northwestern Hajj axis instead of the Tor Al-Baha axis based on consultations he had conducted with tribal leaders and local administration officials in the directorate to serve The public good, he said.

Al-Jabouli's telegram, circulating in the media, if it is correct, raised questions about the fact that the Ministry of Defense knew whether or not the Tor al-Baha axis, bearing in mind that the Fourth District denied its knowledge of the problem axis, in addition to that no republican decision was issued stating the formation of the Tor al-Baha axis.

According to Al-Jabbouli's telegram, the newly created Axis forces were supposed to be relocated outside Tor Al-Baha with changing its name to the northwest axis of Hajj. Instead, January 24, 2021 carried the announcement of the first organizational session for a new brigade bearing the name of the Coastal Defense Brigade as one of the new Axis formations, knowing that the range The geographical control of the Fourth Brigade, Jebouli, does not include coastal areas, which raised other questions about the dimensions of the brigade’s formation and its name?

The Brotherhood’s interest in attending this session reflected the extent of their interest in this formation. The head of the Brotherhood’s party branch in Taiz, Abdul Hafez al-Faqih, attended the session, in addition to military leaders affiliated to them, such as Colonel Abdo Numan al-Zariqi, leader of the Al-Hajriyah Resistance, and he liked to name himself, in addition to the leadership of the First Battalion of the Fourth Brigade.

And as the culmination of all these innovations of the Brotherhood and the Fourth Brigade in Mudaraba, Shamayatayn, and Tor al-Baha, the date of February 1, 2021, came as an official announcement of the Brotherhood’s celebration of the launch of the first phase of the operational training year of the axis of what they called Tor al-Baha, amid intense media coverage of the Brotherhood media.

Thus, to the tune of military music, al-Jubouli set himself up as a brigade for an imaginary axis in Tor al-Baha and delivered a lengthy speech, as if it were a statement of victory.

This bold Brotherhood announcement raised public opinion’s fears that the alleged axis would be another exploitation of al-Jabbouli, enlivened by its formed forces and its tribal affiliation to drag the stable Lahj governorate into fighting between resistance formations in the south and the coast in order to enable the group to reach its local and regional goals by controlling a larger geographical area and inviting Turkish intervention and support Direct via the sea ... knowing that these are not purely predictions, but rather actual steps for the Brotherhood’s vision that was summed up by the leak of the Brotherhood Brigadier General Salem Abdo Farhan, an advisor to the Taiz axis and the actual leader on the ground, with its widespread leak on August 2, 2020.

The words of the Muslim Brotherhood at the time were not mere words devoid of the truth, as justified by the leaders of the Axis at the time. Rather, it was a map of the Brotherhood’s future course.

Observers say that the Brotherhood’s dreams have become clear, but what is not understood is the suspicious government silence regarding dangerous changes such as these, which are almost understood to be with suspicious complicity, at a time when the creation of such an axis may lead to the abolition of the Riyadh Agreement and the occupation of the Fourth Military Region with armed conflicts that only serve The Iranian Houthi militia and the Turkish project, which hopes to return to Yemen through the Muslim Brotherhood.

This raises vague questions that will be revealed in the coming days.

What is the secret of the Brotherhood's audacity to announce such an axis?

Does the axis of the problem bear the fingerprints of General Ali Mohsen, who has always supported the Brotherhood with his decisions, or is it just the group's self-determination?

What is the position of the Sabiha tribes regarding the recruitment of hundreds of their sons in the problematic axis? Will they be the new Brotherhood’s weapon for the dream of toppling the south and the coast .. or will the Brotherhood’s dream be annihilated in the Al Baha phase?

What is the coalition's position on the terrorist Brotherhood’s creation of a military axis outside the framework of legitimacy at a time like this?
