Aden, NewsYemen:

The Lebanese writer Khairallah said, "The Houthis cannot be satisfied with anything less than an independent state of their own in northern Yemen, which will be an Iranian missile base in the Arabian Peninsula," adding, "They are continuing with their project, which was partly foiled by Decisive Storm."

In an article entitled "America with an Iranian base in Yemen," Khairallah added: "The worst thing is that the Houthis are not looking for a political settlement, at least these days. The available news indicates that the visit that he finally paid to Tehran is the envoy of the Secretary-General of the Nations."  United Martin Griffiths did not lead to any positive results except that it confirmed Iranian intransigence.

He continued, "A sane person cannot ignore that they do not have any economic or cultural project except for the establishment of a political entity affiliated with Iran in northern Yemen that has the port of Hodeidah on the Red Sea and a long border with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."

On the removal of the new US administration, the Houthis, from the list of terrorist groups, the Lebanese writer said: The Biden administration seeks, through Yemen, to reassure Iran without taking into account the consequences that may result from that, especially in light of the organic relationship that has existed for many years  Between the Houthis on one side and the "Islamic Republic" on the other.

Khairallah Khairallah added: “Does the new US administration realize what is at stake in Yemen? The question poses itself sharply, especially since there is nothing indicating the willingness of“ Ansar Allah ”to retreat from their project, which in the end only spreads misery and backwardness wherever they go"

He asked, "What does the new US administration want from Yemen, for which it has appointed a special envoy, Timothy Lenderking? It is difficult to answer such a question. But it is proven that this administration could commit a very dangerous mistake if it seeks to convert part of Yemen into a base?"  Iranian ".

The writer believed that "the new US administration refuses to take into account that a great development has occurred in the Houthi relationship with Iran during the last twenty years."
