Mawza director calls on the International Cross to expand the health center in the district to a rural hospital

On Wednesday, the Director General of Mawza 'Abdulkarim Haider called on representatives of the Red Cross to expand the health center building in the district to become a rural hospital, and to target the directorate with projects it needs, such as agriculture, health and education.

During a meeting with representatives of the International Red Cross, Haidar said that the directorate urgently needs a rural hospital to provide all the medical services that the people of the directorate need.

Haidar listened to a detailed explanation about the services provided by the International Red Cross during its stay at the district center.

For his part, the Director of the Red Cross Mission in the West Coast and Aden, Dr. Muthanni Ahmed, affirmed continuing to support the health center with all health services, and providing the missing equipment so that the center can work better.

To that, the Director of the Health Office, Abdulrahim Al Qasimi, indicated that the health center needs scouts, a solar energy system, and the provision of incubators for newborns, as well as treatments and drugs, in order for the center to accommodate patients from the directorate.
