On Wednesday, the Military Court held its 13th public session in the criminal case, which concerns accusing Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and 74 others of the military coup against the republican system and the legitimate and constitutional authorities, and intelligence with a foreign country (Iran) and committing military crimes and war crimes.

The session was devoted to examining the prosecution’s response to the defense submitted by the defense authority. The prosecution concluded a request from the court’s justice not to accept the defense’s defense because it was unlawful, and obligated the defense team to implement the court’s decisions and not to break them. session.

The court also heard a number of witnesses to the crimes of the Houthi militia and the crimes they committed against the Yemeni people, which continue to this day, and their testimonies were recorded in detail in the case file.

The court required the witnesses to bring the documents, video clips and other items they had mentioned in their testimonies, and obligated the prosecution to bring the remaining witnesses to the next session.
