This is how the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, dealt with those who refused to comply with its demands to join the fronts and pay large sums of money.

In both cases, it used its tool of repression in an excessive and brutal manner, this time against African migrants, some of whom had years in Yemen.

Watching a short scene from one of the leaked fire videos refers you to a scenario from a movie that simulates a full-fledged crime.

Despite the huge amount of news that dealt with the crime, but until the moment was not of the size of the event, because the passage of that without real accountability is useless.

The militia justifies its act

In its latest response, the militia forced five community leaders to sign a statement declaring their responsibility for the incident in exchange for false promises.

According to the statement issued, there is a press conference for the community on Saturday, March 13th, and there are doubts about the consequences of this conference, especially since there are pressures by the militia on the community.

For his part, the leader of the group was Hussein Al-Izzi, who was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of Sana'a

He commented, "All that was raised about the responsibility of his group for the accident is just illusions and fabrications."

He added in his tweet: "We avoided responding to the (mercenary) lies so that they became more and more lighthearted, and we are certain that falsehood is full of its nature, and while they are free to weave slanders, we have been busy trying to do everything possible to help our guests and relieve them."

Some commented that the tweet is an indication that the militia may have succeeded in taming or forcing community leaders to remain silent about the crime, in addition to the deputy minister's tweet containing a lot of fallacy.

Al-Ezzi attached with his tweet a statement signed by some leaders of the five Ethiopian, Eritrean, Djiboutian, Somali and Sudanese communities.

Al-Ezzi wanted to point out that the accident was an accident. The statement also reduced the number of victims and only mentioned 43 people, although the information confirms that they exceeded the 100 non-wounded, and their number exceeded at least 200.

Contrary to what Al-Ezzi reported, some organizations made it clear at the time that the militia prevented aid from arriving and dealt with the matter very discreetly, and that the ambiguity remains the only witness to this day.

The position of the government side

Some criticized the government’s performance (legitimacy) with the Holocaust, wishing for a greater stance than that, as the incident was a humanitarian one and affected the relationship of the people and the regime with those countries.

Moreover, the matter is no longer ambiguous or the circumstances of it are unclear, on the contrary. There is confirmed information and documented testimonies confirmed by some organizations, including Mwatana, that the fire was deliberate and that a Houthi militia force burned the place in an attempt to end a hunger strike that had been started by the detained migrants.

international immigration Organization

The organization (IOM) was not far from the crime. From the very beginning, it called on the Houthi group to deliver aid and release the rest of the detainees, despite the severe difficulties it faced in knowing the conditions of more than 900 detainees.

In its latest statement, the organization stated that the Houthis are still dealing with the crime with ambiguity and their refusal to deal with transparency in order to reach the wounded and fully investigate the incident.

On the other hand, the organization confirmed that it was not aware of the measures taken by the militia after it had mass buried the bodies.

Observers commented on the incident, stressing that some organizations know who burned the migrants, but ignore that, such as their handling of the constant bombing of the Ma'rib camps and the submission of misleading reports.

The meeting of the Red Cross delegate with the Iranian ambassador, Hassan Erloa, in addition to generous support for projects serving the militia project, provoked many observers.

For its part, the European Union called on Friday for the need to investigate the issue of financing activities favoring Iran’s arm in Yemen, including what was circulated about activities aimed at training a military wing for the so-called "Zainabiyat".

Militia crisis fighters

Many details tried to uncover the incident of African immigrants in the passport office, which was the result of fire bombs being fired at detainees.

These are hideous reactions by Iran's arm after it suffered heavy losses in the battles of Ma'rib, the West Coast and Taiz, which prompted it to pursue the immigrants and bargain with them to fight for a living.

Perhaps the videos leaked from inside the prison are sufficient to condemn the Houthi group in front of the world and human rights organizations. It is a full-fledged crime and cannot be easily bypassed.
