Informed sources in the Al-Dhalea governorate reported that the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, set fire to a number of houses, farms and properties belonging to citizens in the northern countryside of Al-Fakher.

The sources added that the militias expelled some of the people living in the areas under their control in Beit Al-Sharji, Sobra and Al-Hammam, and turned them into military barracks.

In the details, militia members set fire to a number of citizens' homes in the northern countryside in the city of Al-Fakher, south of the Al-Oud region, after they were looted, among them the house of Sheikh Shaif Naji Sinan, leader of the Qataba resistance and the central regions.

Earlier this week, it burned citizens' farms in Wadi Al-Waara, Wadi Al-Manah, Wadi Al-Mudfer and Wadi Ghul Ambar, in addition to burning 6 artesian water pumps, 8 surface water pumps and private cars, and looting a number of shops belonging to citizens of the same area.

On the other hand, and in continuation of their criminal actions and violations against civilians, the militias have also forcibly expelled a number of families from their homes and forced them to flee and leave their homes to turn them into military barracks, while those families live in safe areas far from the circle of confrontations at great distances to the north.  The areas that are still under the control of the militias south of the Oud.

Citizens of the people of Al-Oud, Beit Al-Sharji, Sha`ur, Bilad Al-Haiqi and other areas that are still under the control of the Houthi militia in the northwest of the Qataba district and south of the Ibb governorate in central Yemen suffer from types of suffering as a result of the criminal practices of these militias that have reached preventing them from practicing their work in their farms, restricting their movement and imposing  Unfair financial royalties and compelling them to pay high taxes, in addition to distributing malicious charges and throwing them to prisons without justification. It carries out all these acts only as a form of extortion to force these citizens to pay sums of money to their supervisors under the justification of what it calls "the war effort."
