They left the Houthis at the east and turned to the west ... the Brotherhood's sun is approaching its fading out

Taiz, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Suddenly, the confrontations flared up southwest of Taiz, then heading west after experiencing a state of stagnation since the Houthis took over from the 17th Brigade of the Taiz axis the Al-Rahba areas that are administratively affiliated with Jabal Habashi, and the Al-Kadha area of the Al-Maafer District.

With the media momentum accompanying what those areas witnessed in the second week of March (February) 2021 AD, forces affiliated with the Axis (subject to the authority of the Muslim Brotherhood in Taiz) were able to liberate Al-Rahba, toil and to penetrate into isolating Al-Kwaiha and Yemen in Maqbana ... this rapid transformation, which is part of the The blitzkrieg appeared, according to the Brotherhood’s media, to liberate the regions from the Houthis, but what was hidden was greater.

The northern front near Al-Sittin, north of Taiz, would suffice to penetrate it and take control of Al-Sittin Street for all southern areas to be liberated to Qabana without losses - as Al-Sittin Street is the strategic supply line for the Houthis from Al-Hawban to Al-Barah. The question that puts itself here is: Why did the Brotherhood head west? !!

In the field ..

The Brotherhood seeks with their brigades to control the mountains adjacent to the western regions adjacent to Al-Waziyah, where the combined forces control the next target of the Brotherhood, which is evident from their media, activists, and speeches.

Controlling the Ghubari Mountains and Al-Urf enables them to control fiercely at the Al-Mokha Junction and Khalid bin Al-Walid Camp, the most important military base in Taiz, close to the strategic international corridor, Bab Al-Mandab.

The strong entry of the joint forces into the Houthi confrontations in Taiz was a frustrating factor for the Brotherhood, for its inability to direct confrontation and for fear of exposure of the remainder of their plans.

Therefore, the Brotherhood invented a new way of field presence, so they issued a decision to establish a security zone in the toil, and this falls within a future plan, perhaps the most prominent of which is the party expansion in this area, which is closed to the General People's Congress, especially as it is the most important area on which the conference leader, Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Barakani, relies on Parliamentary elections, and the drudgery was an important factor in Al-Borkani's victory against all competitors.

Through its media, the Brotherhood has directed various charges against the forces present on the western coast, sometimes in the name of demographic change, at times disloyalty to legitimacy, and at other times not to liberate Hodeidah (this was prevented by the Stockholm Agreement signed between the legitimacy and the militia).

And because those who hold the mountain control the plain, and the Brotherhood’s army’s inability to direct field confrontations, they have known the high fighting capabilities of those they considered their opponents (the joint forces).

Therefore, the group began the process of creating the brigades, and the fourth brigade was formed by Jabal al-Nawah for that, which took from the mountains of the districts of al-Muqatara and developed al-Baha in Lahj, in addition to the soil, as the scene of its operations, due to its proximity to the Kahub area near Bab al-Mandab, which is currently protected by the joint forces.

They were not satisfied with this, but rather they made the brigade an independent military axis in its own right, despite the absence of a decision by the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces to establish it, and after the assassination of Brigadier General Hammadi, commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, the Brotherhood was able to eliminate the most important army brigades, whose theater of operations constitutes a threat factor in the survival of the Jabwani Brigade.

This was followed by the bringing in of the militants affiliated with Hammoud Al-Mikhlafi (a Brotherhood leader working as an investor in Turkey), who were trained in Yvers' camp with Qatari support.

Returning to Maqbana, the Brotherhood’s entry to it will enable them to seize the most important sites (Jabal Kahbob), one of the Brotherhood’s most important weapons stores from the front war to the war of secession, and it forms secret warehouses for them.

And the hills belonging to the southern side, which the Brotherhood seeks to enter in order to control it, especially those that overlook Hays, Jabal Ras, and the Saqm area, from which the Houthis use an outlet to enter Maqbana.

If the Brotherhood were able to enter Maqbana, this would facilitate control over all the mountain ranges extending from Maqbana to al-Barah, passing through Brasen in al-Waziya and Bani Omar in the Shamayatayn district, and Qalaat al-Maqatara, which would make the joint forces ’operations area under the fiery control of the brothers who were waiting for air support And by sea from Turkey to control the most important strategic port in the Red Sea.

economically

The Brotherhood seeks to achieve economic benefits from controlling the Camp and Al-Tatar region, as the latter embraces a sulfur water resort that will become a tourist outlet from which the Brotherhood will make a lot of money without control.

In addition, their control of Komb and the administrative capital of the Maqbana district enabled them to capture the Al-Barah cement factory, one of the most important cement factories in Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula, which was repeatedly bombed and the Houthis looted the most important machinery in it.

The Brotherhood’s control of this factory realizes through it that restarting it requires a lot of money, but it is more beneficial for them to remain as it is, because the factory’s return to work means pulling the rug on the Al-Wehda factory in Abyan, which is affiliated with the Brotherhood leader Hamid Al-Ahmar. Therefore, controlling the factory and standing against its re-operation is a strategic goal of the Brotherhood.

Ideologically

The areas that have been liberated now are popular incubators for the General People's Congress, and they found themselves under the control of the Houthis, and now the Brotherhood is seeking to spread their ideas in these areas, sometimes under the pretext of liberation, and sometimes in a more dangerous way, which is treason and accusation of Thout for those who stand against their tendencies.

The aforementioned areas are distinguished by their varied and different terrain, which ranges between difficulty and ease, and it is strategically important for terrorist organizations that find in these areas a safe haven for hiding and practicing their criminal activities. Therefore, we saw the leader of the Brotherhood and a member of Al-Qaeda, Brigadier General Adnan Ruzaiq, who led the attack on the drudgery through the Fifth Presidential Brigade that he leads, as he sought to control this area and the villages and the doorstep overlooking it, especially as it is adjacent to Jabal Al-Ruwi of the Al-Maafer District, which has come under the control of the 35th Armored Brigade ( He was subjected to a comprehensive change of leaderships and replacing them with Brotherhood or loyal elements.)

The Brotherhood’s goal, , heading south, collided with the rapid and strong presence of the joint forces, represented by the Giants ’forces, which took control of the Al-Hanaa area of the Mawza District, and took up position in it, heading to control the Ghobari Mountains and Al-Urf, and fought fierce battles against the Houthis.

Last but not least, the Brotherhood is racing to reach their end, after they left the real enemy to the Yemenis and made another enemy for them, which foretells that their sun is waning ... and the next is worse.
