Al-Houthi militia loses more of its elements and others fall into the grip of the "government" in the cistern west of Taiz

Today, the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, lost more of its elements due to government forces' fire that captured dozens of people west of Taiz.

Field military sources indicated that violent confrontations have taken place between government forces on one side and the Houthi militia on the other side, since dawn today in Jabal Al-Oudin and Al-Matahen on the Muqabna front, west of the governorate.

According to the sources, scores of the Houthi militia were killed, in addition to many prisoners.

Yesterday, military sources reported that the government forces were able to comb and secure the Medvedev tip and liberate the central al-Khazzan tent and a number of sites on the government front, in the Haifan district, south of the governorate, and recovered a number of medium and light weapons and ammunition.

The ongoing confrontations resulted in the killing of 16 among the Houthis, including two leaders and another sniper, and wounding dozens, and the families of others.
