The coalition destroys two booby-trapped boats launched by the Houthis from Hodeidah

The Arab coalition announced, on Sunday, that it destroyed two booby-trapped boats and two drones of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen.

The coalition reported that it destroyed two booby-trapped boats belonging to the Houthis before carrying out an imminent attack from Hodeidah, according to the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The coalition accused the Houthis of using the Stockholm Agreement as an umbrella for launching hostile attacks from Hodeidah Governorate and threatening maritime shipping routes and global trade.


 Before that, the coalition said, it intercepted and destroyed two booby-trapped drones that were launched towards the southern region of Saudi Arabia.

He also accused the Houthis of continuing hostile attempts to target civilians and civilian objects.

 "We are taking the necessary operational measures in accordance with international humanitarian law," he added.
