Al-Khubaji discusses with the notables of Hadramaut the Brotherhood’s mobilization towards the sources of oil

The Acting Chairman of the Southern Transitional Council, Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, discussed with a number of sheikhs of the Hadhramaut governorate, the implications of the military mobilization of the Brotherhood militia towards the oil fields located in the Sah district, and their abandonment of their real battle in confronting the Houthi militia, in a clear disavowal of their obligations in the implementation of the military part of the Riyadh agreement

Dr. Al-Khubaji stressed that the Transitional Council is aware of the great suffering of the people of Hadramout, especially the sons of the directorates of the valley and the desert, who are daily affected by the fire of the Brotherhood forces occupying their lands, and their efforts to turn it into a focus and theater for terrorist groups, in order to empty it of its competencies and liquidate its cadres.


 During the meeting, which was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Salem bin Shuaib Al-Bahsani, Lieutenant Colonel Salem Al Jaweed Baslum, the position Sheikh Muhammad Baaboud, the position Abbas Bawazir and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Maari, he pointed out that the Brotherhood militia continues to monopolize the power of decision regarding what is related to oil wealth and local resources in order to continue The plunder of the wealth of Hadhramaut and the south, and the deprivation of the people of the country of their rights, and what confirms this is its constant disavowal of the implementation of its obligations under the Riyadh Agreement.


Al-Khubaji stressed the need to unify the southern ranks and work side by side with the parity government during the current stage, to reach the desired future of the south that meets the legitimate demands to restore its state.

 At the same time, he reaffirmed the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, to move forward in eradicating the sources of terrorism, in cooperation with the leadership of the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting reviewed efforts to unify the ranks in Hadhramaut and educate citizens about the plans of the anti-South forces and the attempts to falsify their will, stressing the continuation of the sheikhs and tribesmen in their efforts to unify the Hadrami and achieve the collective will of the people of the governorate expressed in the mass activities that the governorate witnessed during the last period.
