Ibb, NewsYemen:

Informed sources in Ibb Governorate, in central Yemen, revealed that the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, has been recruited in all directorates and centers of the province towards Ma'rib.

The recruitment operations are a result of the great deficit that the militia suffers from among its fighters at the present time, especially after it lost hundreds of fighters in the past few weeks due to the battles and the strikes of the coalition air forces.

The sources indicated that the Houthi militia pushed new human reinforcements from its fighters on board military and civilian vehicles from various directorates and villages of the governorate under their control towards the Ma'rib fronts, to compensate for the losses that have continued since their attempt to enter Marib weeks ago.

The sources indicated that the new Houthi reinforcements towards the governorate of Ma'rib reached about 85 young armed men whom the militia had attracted over the past two weeks from villages and isolation of 20 directorates of Ibb governorate, and forced them for seven days to take military and sectarian courses before they were thrown into the fires of battles.  .

The sources said that "some children of Ibb governorate, who were recently recruited by the militia and forced to fight with its ranks in Marib, were kidnapped from separate places by Houthi brokers, leaders and supervisors, and then subjected to training and military courses after their absence from their families."

The sources indicated that others were taken from their homes with the approval of their families (who are among the poorest families in the governorate) after they agreed with the militia to provide them in exchange for joining their children to fight monthly financial and food aid, as well as granting them other privileges.

It is noteworthy that the Houthi militia imposes financial taxes on merchants and citizens in the Hobeish district and forces them to conduct a convoy of support for the Houthi fighting fronts.
