The army responds to a large Houthi attack in Al-Jawf

Government forces responded to a major attack by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, in Al-Jawf Governorate, in the northeast of the country.
Military sources said that the army forces broke a Houthi attack in the Bir Al-Marazeeq area, east of Al-Hazm, the capital of Al-Jawf Governorate.
It added that the confrontations resulted in the Houthi militia suffering great losses in equipment and lives, according to the Media Center of the Armed Forces.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Defense website "26 September Net" stated that the army forces targeted a group of Houthis in Hawishian sites east of Bir Al-Marazeeq area, which led to the deaths and injuries in their ranks, and the destruction of military vehicles belonging to them.
He pointed out that "three Houthi vehicles were destroyed by the explosion of a landmine that their members had planted earlier."
