The terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, continues its violations against civilians in Hays, Hodeidah Governorate, and these violations resulted in 13 dead and wounded within a month.

Fouad Abdel-Rahman Mansoub, director of the Human Rights Office in Hays, told NewsYemen that the Houthi violations against the people hardly stopped. During the 31 days of last March, the militias committed 13 dead and wounded, most of them women and children.

He added that these violations against civilians amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and most of them have fallen as a result of the hysterical targeting of various medium and heavy weapons launched by militias on homes and densely populated civilian neighborhoods deliberately and indiscriminately to claim more innocent lives.

Fouad Mansoub called on the international community and the United Nations, in view of those Houthi crimes committed against civilians, appealing to them to put pressure on these militias to deter them and stop their tampering and terrorist operations that they wage against civilians.

For his part, the director of the media office in the directorate, "Husam Bakri," said that among these victims (3) were a mother and her child, another young man, and (10 wounded), including three women, three adult males, and four children, most of them civilians, according to human rights statistics.  .

Bakri confirmed that from the beginning of March 1 to March 18, the Houthi militia committed heinous crimes against civilians, whose injuries were distributed almost daily, explaining that during the period (2 and 16) of the same month, (8) were killed and wounded and most of them were transformed by shrapnel into  Body parts scattered.

He pointed out that the month of March, during which the militias escalated and intensified their violations hysterically, Hais witnessed a new wave of displacement of the people who went to the liberated and safe areas, to escape the bombing that the Houthis attacked with various shells and machine guns that hit their homes.
