Ibb, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

On Saturday, in Ibb governorate, the opening and laying of the foundation stone for a group of water projects worth more than 1.5 billion Yemeni riyals was announced.

According to local sources, the advertisement is nothing more than media consumption and fake projects to cover the deficit and corruption that has plagued the province for the past 6 years.

The source added that what is looted on a daily basis from the governorate's revenues is equal to at least 10% of this lie through which the governor wants to pass billions of corruption bills without accountability or stopping.

The source emphasized that these announced projects are part of them in the budget and plans since years before the control of Iran's arm, in addition to the fact that most of them are not worthy of mention in return for huge daily revenues.

The source pointed out that 20 directorates affiliated with the governorate generate billions of riyals per month, while they lack the simplest services in the health and educational aspect, as well as the dilapidated infrastructure, including the main streets, roads, sewage streams and the water network.

The source concluded that what is happening in Ibb governorate is nothing but anesthesia and a cover-up on what is happening in terms of corruption and spreading a culture of hatred, revenge and sectarianism through cultural courses and pushing youth and children to the fronts under false patriotic slogans.

It is worth noting that the governorate is living in a terrible reality that is falsified by a group of media professionals and users who follow the Houthi militia, and that many service projects are carried out by citizens with mutual support and solidarity.

Recent reports confirm that there are more than 85 armed men, all of them young, who came from Ibb, as part of the mobilization for the battle of Ma'rib, and that the militia launched a massive recruitment campaign in most of the 20 directorates, and forced families to hand over their children by force, threatening to imprison those who refused.
