Terrorists targeted the headquarters of the Arab coalition in the Balhaf region with Katyusha rockets on Sunday evening.
A member of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council, Salem Al-Awlaki, said, "No one can imagine the extent of the destruction that would befall the region and its citizens if these missiles hit the gas tanks."
The terrorists, who redeployed in the governorate under the authority of the Brotherhood, fired three missiles that landed at the air base, the Tahlia factory, and the center of the facility's airport, where there are Shabwani Elite Forces soldiers, but they did not result in any casualties or material losses.
The incident came days after the terrorist organizations were hiding in the Shabwa governorate, as a result of covering the Shabwa sky with drones monitoring the movements of terrorists.
It also came days after the statements of the former Minister of the Interior associated with terrorist organizations, “Ahmed Al-Maysari,” on Al-Jazeera channel against the Arab alliance, which was praised by the leaders of the terrorist organizations, where Salah Bajaba, known as Abu Safiya, a former leader in the Al-Nusra Front, praised him.
