With the continued control of Iran's arm over the northern regions, violations against citizens continue on a daily basis by armed elements affiliated with the militia.
Ibb governorate is at the forefront of the violations, including killing, kidnapping, and looting of lands and revenues, and an unprecedented security and administrative leakage.
Within 4 days, a number of people were killed and wounded in separate clashes, and according to the sources, an elderly person was killed and 4 others were wounded, including women and children.
The sources had confirmed that a dispute between the Al-Hakami family and the Harimi family in the Hazm Al-Aden district over a plot of land caused the death and injury of five people, one of whom was an eighty-year-old citizen.
The victims were Ghalib Youssef Al-Hakami, 80, who was struck with a sharp object, "Attif,". The wounded were Nabila Al-Hakami, 13, Malouk Al-Hakami, 15, Badra Al-Hakami, 25, and Aisha Ali Ahmed, 50.
This incident came less than three days after the killing and wounding of 13 civilians, with bullets from Mujahidin during armed clashes in a popular market in the city of "Kitab" in Yarim District.
A woman was killed in a hideous way 5 days ago in Yareem district, believed to be motivated by theft, while another was also shot dead two days ago, and the two cases were inside their home.
Victims are everywhere

Daily violations
Violations against citizens do not stop, and at least two of them were monitored by surveillance cameras and activists against militants affiliated with the militia.
In addition, it was reported that Iran's arm decided to deduct money for teachers and the rest of the government sectors in the governorate.
The deductions, according to educational sources, were justified to be absent from work in conjunction with the collapse of the economic and living conditions.
Assault on prison inmates
In Ibb, the prison was not in a better condition than the street. There is an absence of the simplest services, despite the capabilities and interest of the organizations, but this is never reflected in the Prison Authority.
