Neutralizing the banking sector

Economic expert Mustafa Nasr, head of the Economic Media Center, said, “The economic reforms team worked to present working papers to neutralize the central bank from the conflict, by communicating with several parties in the two banks, to unify views, the last of which is to push the private sector’s efforts to reach some understandings. Rescue initiative

In a related context, the Peacebuilding Initiative in Yemen (PBY) launched a youth campaign entitled “Saving the Yemeni Economy .. The Road to Peace”, via a video in Arabic and English that includes a real explanation of the reality of the banking sector and its use as a tool of war between the parties to the conflict.

The presented film dealt with the roots of the problem in the banking sector, and its makers transferred information from the mouths of those affected, with impartiality, so that the message could reach the decision-makers, in order to save the Yemeni economy and prevent its further deterioration, and make it an independent sector, especially since it is the most important files that are outside the interest of the parties to the conflict. Which the organizers of the initiative see as "the real and realistic entrance to achieving peace."

"If there are no unconventional solutions with the support and backing of the international community, the national economy will reach a stage of collapse, it is only a matter of time," Abeer Al-Athuri, the head of the Peacebuilding Initiative in Yemen, told manasati30.

Al-Athwari indicated that the peacebuilding initiative in Yemen has a proposal that requires support from the international community to neutralize the economy from the political conflict, away from the two parties to the conflict in Yemen, pointing out that “the proposal is based on implementing realistic, implementable solutions and focuses on priorities that affect life and livelihood.
