20 civilians were killed and wounded in the explosion of 3 Houthi explosive devices south of Damt Al-Dhalea

 On Monday, about 20 civilians were killed or injured, as a result of the explosion of explosive devices planted by the Houthi militia, among a gathering of detainees, at a security point south of the city of Damt, which is under the control of Iran's arm in Yemen.

According to local sources in the area, the Houthi militia detained a number of travelers at one of its security points, which is more than 4 km away from the confrontation points, who were going to the Maris areas in the south.

According to the sources, the detention lasted for hours amid the citizens' insistence to go, which prompted the Houthi militia members to force them to head towards one of the buildings near the security point, and while they were walking towards the place, they were surprised by the explosion of about 3 explosive devices simultaneously, which led to the fall of about  20 civilians were killed or wounded, according to medical sources from inside the city of Damt, after they were treated there.

The Houthi militia, stationed south of the city of Damt, had launched direct sniping operations targeting citizens of the sons of Maris who were waiting for their relatives coming from the city of Damt, as a result of which two citizens were injured, one of them seriously.
