Trim, NewsYemen, Special:

A huge fire broke out in a giant truck for transporting goods in the city of Tarim, Hadramout Governorate, loaded with electrical and electronic devices belonging to a Hadrami merchant.

Local sources said that the high temperatures contributed to the fire igniting the truck, while it was covered with a thin layer of plastic while it was traveling on the international line, while citizens and small drinking water trucks rushed to extinguish the flames before devouring all the equipment.

In a separate context, the frequency of fire incidents increased in palm tree trunks bearing date fruit in the Do’an district, the far southwest of Hadramawt Valley districts, as the fire devoured palm plantations in the Badha area for several hours in the middle of the night.

The sources said that the citizens tried to put out the fire using water and mud barrels to put out the flames.

Fire accidents in the Hadhramaut Valley and the desert form a large percentage during the summer, especially in plants and electronic devices, as well as the smelting of electricity and energy transmission lines due to the high temperatures that reached 45 degrees Celsius during the past two days, according to meteorologists of Newsymen, who are expected to rise to more than this percentage in the days  coming.

The people of Wadi Hadramawt consider these days the hottest during the locally recognized Star of the Heart, in which green lemons are harvested, and in which it is a season for palm-pitting, cucurbit harvesting, the fall of Sidr leaves and the beginning of autumn, in addition to the high humidity in the cities of the coast of Hadramout and the increase in sea rage and strong waves  And strong winds.
