Clashes between police forces and Bakr Sarhan gang in Taiz city

Taiz, NewsYemen:

Violent clashes erupted between the security campaign forces and an armed gang affiliated with a local authority, this Sunday afternoon, in the city of Taiz in central Yemen.

The Security Media Center said, on its Facebook page, that the security campaign clashed with an armed gang belonging to the so-called Bakr Sadiq Sarhan, this Sunday afternoon, in the Al-Masbah area in the center of Taiz.

The security center pointed out that the clashes erupted after the armed gang refused to implement judicial orders to stop any work on the grounds of citizen Jamal Al-Tarji.

The clashes resulted in the death of four members of the security campaign, and the pursuit of the gang is still continuing in the pool area.

It is noteworthy that influential people belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood have previously occupied dozens of lands belonging to citizens and others belonging to state lands during the past years in Taiz.
