Aden, NewsYemen:

Journalists and social media user criticized the tweet of the United Nations mission, in which it expressed its condolences to the families of the martyrs who lost their lives in a mine explosion in Al-Durahimi in Al-Hodeidah Governorate, wishing the injured a full and speedy recovery, without condemning the terrorist Houthi militia, which has planted mines and killed thousands of civilians.

Journalist Ali Al-Aqbi said, "Unfortunately, you know very well that mines and explosive devices were planted by the Houthi militia, and this comment from you is biased towards the Houthis."

He added, "You are careful not to show that the obstructing party to the Hodeidah Agreement is Al Houthi, because the various United Nations organizations and committees are benefiting from the continuation of the war, describing this as trading in the suffering of Yemenis."

He explained that the Houthi militia is working to create trenches and points in residential neighborhoods in Hodeidah, terrifying citizens, bombing factories and neighborhoods, cutting off services, blackmailing citizens and merchants, planting mines and explosive devices, and targeting mission committees from the government team, and everything the Houthis practice is done in front of the failed UN mission.

A member of the International Federation of Journalists, Muhammad Al-Ahmadi, said: "You are accomplices in these crimes when you do not disclose the Houthi criminal who is planting these mines throughout the country."

Fahd Al-Humairi recalled that the United Nations had handed over a fleet of four-wheel drive vehicles to the Houthi militia, a Toyota Hilux, under the name of demining, so he took them and used them to transport mines and explosives and planted them in the rest of the roads, corridors and markets, and between civilian homes.  He said: You are our enemies with Al-Houthi.

The social media user, Abdel Rab Al-Fathai, accused the United Nations mission of being part of the disaster in Yemen, when it tries not to mention who is planting mines.

Abu Anas Malik wrote: Your crime in covering up the perpetrator is not less than that of the perpetrator himself.

On Thursday, 14 civilians were killed and injured, when a landmine left behind by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, exploded in Al-Durahimi district, south of Hodeidah, in the west of the country.
