Lawyer Yahya Ghaleb, the Saudi Reconstruction Program, demanded clarification of the reason for stopping the third shipment of the oil grant.
Ghaleb said, in a tweet, that the Saudi Program for the Reconstruction of Yemen, as a second party to the Saudi Oil Grant Agreement, requires clarification, after the power outage, due to stopping the fourth shipment, which was paid for by the first party (the Yemeni government), at a value of $53 million, the price of all payments.
