Sana'a, NewsYemen:

In light of the developments on the ground in Shabwah governorate and the widening of the mass protests against the practices of the authorities of the Islah party - the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood in Shabwa governorate - the Houthi militia in Sanaa showed a remarkable bias towards describing the actions of the terrorist Brotherhood authorities and their suppression of peaceful demonstrations.

In this context, Hussein Al-Ezzi, a leader in the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - tweeted the lies of the Brotherhood's media machine, justifying its repressive measures against the demonstrators, and echoing a rumor of the Brotherhood claiming that (the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council fled from Aden).

Although he ruled out this, the Houthi leader Al-Azzi continued marketing the Brotherhood's lie, saying that such news "strikes the Southern Transitional Council to the core because it means his downfall by a knockout."

In a clear harmony between the Houthi militia and the Brotherhood, the Houthi leader Al-Ezzi claimed: “Unless the leadership of the STC (from Aden) appears within the next 24 hours, it is better for their affiliates to destroy the membership cards and announce the death of the STC,” his marketing claim to the Brotherhood’s lies.

The Houthi leader, Hussein Al-Ezzi, ignored the reasons for the escalation of protests in Shabwah and the southern governorates against the authorities of the terrorist Brotherhood, and in a subsequent tweet, he supported the terrorist Brotherhood militias as the Islah government.

Equalizing the two parties in terms of people's suffering, Al-Ezzi said: "Under the Riyadh agreement, the STC government is part of the Islah government, so it will remain responsible for the suffering of the people, just like Al-Islah," as he put it.

On Wednesday morning, thousands of Shabwah crowds from various districts of Shabwa governorate flocked to the Brotherhood’s militias, and the Brotherhood’s militia rushed to launch a large campaign of arrests among the demonstrators, as it began firing live bullets at the demonstrators in Mayfa’a district, while all shops were closed in the capital, Ataq.

Southerners launched the hashtag #Shabwah_Rebels_Against_occupation after leaders of the Transitional Council in the governorate called for military, political and civil figures to actively participate in the demonstrations to show the reality of the tragic situation of the governorate, in contrast to what the Brotherhood media is trying to show to the world and mislead the Yemeni street about the alleged development that the Shabwani citizen only finds in channels, and the Brotherhood’s newspapers and websites, in support of the uprising of the Ahrar of Shabwah against the practices of the Islah party militia against the people of Shabwah.
