Aden, NewsYemen:

A report published by the British Fair Observer website spoke of the ambitions of the Islah party, the Brotherhood’s branch in Yemen, to control oil in Shabwa governorate, noting that it brings back memories of the colonization of the south.

The report, titled "The Return of Chaos to Southern Yemen", revealed plans to control the oil sources in Shabwa Governorate, praising the Southern Transitional Council in return.

The report raised questions about the freedom of terrorist organizations between southern Al-Bayda to Mudiyah in Abyan and southern Shabwa, and how they bypass the checkpoints, which are areas under the control of the Brotherhood.

The British report also talked about operations not claimed by al-Qaeda targeting southern forces in areas of confrontation with forces loyal to Islah.

The report indicated that the movement of forces from Al-Bayda and Marib to Shabwa and Abyan is a violation of the Riyadh Agreement, indicating that the gathering of forces in Shabwa governorate is the result of the withdrawal of forces from Al-Bayda and Marib, which are witnessing confrontations with the Houthi militia.
