Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

The Houthi militias sent large reinforcements to the Thara and Al Halhal fronts in the Lawdar district in the Abyan governorate, on Thursday and Friday.

The leadership of the Thara Front warned of reinforcements and the creation of sites by the militias, after the arrival of large crowds of people and heavy equipment to the militia sites in the fronts of Thara and Al-Halhal.

The Operations Corner of the Thira Front, "Salem al-Burkani", said that the Houthi militias, according to the front's operational sources, are still sending human reinforcements and vehicles towards the areas of Burkan, Thara and the Halhal areas, the last of which was on Friday morning.

He pointed out that reinforcements with human forces and heavy weapons were monitored on the right of the Aqabat al-Halhal, and new sites were developed, and the militias fired from it towards the forces stationed under the Halhal Mountains.

Al-Burkani indicated that the resistance forces there are stationary on the ground to confront the invaders, indicating that infiltrators were spotted at the Al-Tulqa site and were confronted by the resistance heroes on the Thara front.

Local residents in the city of Mukairas, in Al-Bayda governorate, confirmed to Newsymen that militia vehicles and crews passed through the city, apparently on their way to the Thara front.

Citizens said that Houthi reinforcements passed through the city on Thursday and Friday and headed towards the Thara front and possibly the Halhal front.

In mid-August, the Houthi militia took control of the Hazmieh and Sawmaa fronts, and reached the top of Jabal al-Halhal overlooking the city of Lawdar.

Since that time, the militias have stopped on the mountain, amid a state of fear by the city’s residents about Houthi attempts to return to the area they left in August of 2015.

The legitimate forces, which control the area, do not seem ready to defend it in case the militias try to descend and overthrow the area.

The legitimate forces pushed with limited reinforcements, which were limited to crews and soldiers without heavy equipment, armored vehicles and vehicles, which increased the citizens' fear of the fall of the area.

According to the sources, the legitimate forces have withdrawn part of their weapons to Shabwa governorate, while they are still maintaining their equipment and forces in the city of Shuqra, despite the need of the Halhal and Thira fronts.

He defends the city of Lawdar on the front of the southern resistance forces, while there are Salafi forces and others affiliated with the Shajri Brigade, the Halhal front, with a limited participation of forces that arrived from Shuqra, located at the back of the front.
