Al Dhale, NewsYemen:

The units of the Southern and Joint Armed Forces in Al-Dhalea Governorate, at dawn on Monday, broke an attack by the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, towards their advanced positions in the Hejar-Bab Al-Ghaq sector, south of the Al-Oud region.

Field military sources indicated that the Houthi militia incurred new losses among its members in direct confrontations in which machine guns and RPG-7 launchers were used.

According to the sources, the militias tried at the time to support them with intense bombardment by mortars and BMP to secure their withdrawal, and confrontations erupted with heavy and medium weapons. The circle of engagement expanded to the outskirts of Habeel Al-Abdi in the Al-Fakher sector, in which the situation was resolved by extinguishing all sources of enemy fire and breaking its offensive operation.

These developments come one day after these militias received painful blows after they made a failed offensive attempt towards the advanced positions of the southern forces in the Subeira-al-Jub sector, in which many of their members were lost, dead or wounded, and the bodies of some of them are still dumped until this moment in the theater of combat operations, as they were not taken out.

For weeks, the Houthi militia has been begging deceived fighters from the governorates of Ibb and Dhamar and the northern regions of Al-Oud, and heading them towards its fronts with the aim of launching these offensive operations, which were broken, as usual, at the hands of the heroes of the southern and joint forces, and they returned with more losses amid high combat morale among the heroes of the Southern Forces.
