Abyan, NewsYemen:

Residents of Ahwar coastal district, Abyan governorate, threatened to close the international highway after the spread of black fuel market traders, coinciding with severe crises in the governorate in light of the high prices.

The residents and fishermen blamed the legitimate government for the consequences of closing the general line, in the event that the directorate's allocation of oil derivatives was not spent.

Local sources reported that the fuel crisis paralyzed traffic and prevented fishermen from going into the sea due to the insane rise in the prices of oil derivatives on the black market and their disappearance in government and private stations in the district.

Residents, residents and fishermen of Ahwar district have repeatedly appealed to the government to provide oil derivatives and fuel station allocations in the district.
