The governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, and the Minister of Agriculture, Salem al-Saqtri, survived the explosion of a car bomb that targeted their convoy in the Tawahi district on Sunday afternoon.

Sources in the local authority stated that a car parked on the main street of Hajeef was detonated while the Moloks were passing by, indicating that they survived the explosion.

The sources indicated that four guards of the governor were wounded, and civilians were injured in the explosion, which occurred in the middle of a public street.
