Side by side, the Shabwani elite returned yesterday to its governorate alongside the forces of the Southern Giants Brigades, which are preparing to fight the war of liberation against the militia of the Iranian arm.
The elite forces secured the governorate, during which they witnessed the highest level of security stability, before the military forces loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood took control of the governorate at the end of 2019, restoring the forces of terrorism and disruptions.
The entry of the Shabwani Elite Forces into the city of Ataq, yesterday, Monday, represented a victory for the Southern Transitional Council, and an indication of turning the page on the control of the Islah party, and the start of implementing the Riyadh Agreement, which requires the elite to hand over the security of its province while the forces are heading armed to the fronts fighting Houthi.
And the social activists transmitted videos about the events of Shabwa, which showed the southern celebration along the road from Aden to Ataq, where the southern forces received ululations in Shuqrah Abyan, and the flags of the south were raised at the headquarters of Shabwa.
One of the videos transmits a point tracking the army of Major General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, asking the Genoese not to raise the flag of the south on their cars, and the citizens respond to them: We are in the fever of giants and the elite.
Citizens of the city confirm that the Shabwani elite were a wonderful model for disciplined security forces that sincerely sought the stability of Ataq.
They praised the role of the Shabwani and Hadrami elite and the security belt, who had the most prominent role in fighting terrorism in the south, with the support of the United Arab Emirates.
The dismissal of Adyo and the defeat of the Brotherhood is considered a correction of the course of action of the local authority and ridding it of the specter of party hegemony that spoiled the national and military tasks entrusted to it.
The Brotherhood’s Islah Party took control of Shabwa governorate in August 2019, after a battle against the Shabwa elite, which was established by the Arab coalition to confront terrorist organizations and restore security and stability to the governorate.
Since its fall into the hands of the Brotherhood’s army, Ibn Adyo has made a great effort to consolidate and empower the Brotherhood from the important joints in Shabwa, and turned it into secret prisons and detention centers for opponents and rejection of the Brotherhood’s projects and to settle accounts with the governorate’s tribes and kill elite members even after they left working with it.
