Aden, NewsYemen:

The explosion of a landmine planted by the Houthi militia claimed the life of a child, in the line linking the governorates of Marib and Al-Jawf, northeastern Yemen.

Local and medical sources said that a girl was killed and a number of other civilians were injured, when a Houthi mine exploded in a civilian car carrying passengers between Marib and Al-Jawf, on Tuesday.

The sources pointed out that the explosion caused severe injuries to a number of other citizens, including a person whose leg was amputated, and the car in which they were traveling was destroyed.

The mines that the terrorist Houthi militia heavily planted in villages, farms, roads and government facilities have killed, injured and maimed thousands of citizens, most of whom are children and women, in a number of Yemeni governorates.
