Sana'a, NewsYemen, private:

In continuation of the policy of purification practiced by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, against national cadres of employees in the military institutions.  As a continuation of its policy of building the state of pure militias, the Houthi security leaders began implementing a program of removal and dismissal of large numbers of cadres of some security services.

Well-informed sources in Sanaa told NewsYemen: that the Houthi militia, within what it calls the retirement policy, started procedures to dismiss about 4000 employees of the Political Security Service, which the militias merged with the National Security Service within what it called the intelligence service, on the pretext that these people have reached retirement and therefore must  Law enforcement against them.

According to the sources, the justification for referring to retirement that the militias use to implement the dismissal process for this number is nothing but a peg to conceal the fact that they are implementing a purification and separation program for national cadres and to allow the process of replacing and replacing them with its elements who are appointed as a substitute for the dismissed and referred for retirement without any standards related to educational qualifications, or professional competence  , or administrative experience, and this is limited to the principle of their Hashemite lineage or kinship with the leader of the militias, or their affiliation with the governorate of Saada, the stronghold of the militias, or the extent of their loyalty to the militias and some of their leaders.

Sources say.  What confirms the racism of these militias is that most, if not, all the cadres it intends to dismiss from the PSO are qualified national cadres on the one hand, and on the other hand, these cadres belong to the southern governorates and the governorates of Taiz, Ibb, Al Hudaydah, Marib, Al Jawf, and Dhamar,  They will be replaced by militias affiliated with the militias, most of whom are from the governorate of Saada and a few of them from the governorates of Amran and Hajjah, not to mention the militias deliberately not applying the law on retirement with regard to the financial dues of retirees.  As they are referred to retirement without guaranteeing any entitlements or financial rewards for them after retirement or after death as stipulated in the retirement law, especially in light of the militias’ control of the General Organization for Insurance and Pensions, confiscation of its budgets and cutting the salaries of retirees.

It is worth noting that NewsYemen has previously published a detailed report in which it revealed the hidden details of a massacre carried out by the Houthi militia targeting 25,000 state employees, by seeking to refer them to retirement and replace them, in a new crime added to the crime of the militias that steal the salaries of employees in the regions.  under its control for five years.
