Today, the Southern Giants Brigades took control of Mafraq and the city of Al-Naqoub, west of Shabwa Governorate, southeast of Yemen, after fierce battles with the Houthi militia.
The media center of the Giants Brigades confirmed the control of Mafraq, the city of Al-Naqoub, Jabal Subai'an and the village of Hajira, the last areas of the Usaylan district, one of the three districts of Bayhan, which the Brotherhood forces handed over to the Houthis without a fight last September.
Meanwhile, local sources reported that the Houthi militia fled towards Al-Alia, the center of Bayhan district, under the pressure of the striking attack of the Giants forces.
