Arab coalition aircraft targeted, at midnight on Tuesday/Wednesday, a convoy of 3 governors and other officials appointed by the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, at Aqabat al-Qundah, which links the governorates of Shabwa and Al-Bayda.

According to a source for NewsYemen, the raid targeted a convoy of Houthi governors in the governorates of Lahj, Shabwa, and Al-Mahra, and other officials with them while they were trying to escape from Shabwa towards Al-Bayda at 12 o'clock on Tuesday/Wednesday night.

The dead were not confirmed, with the exception of the deputy governor of Shabwa, Ahmed al-Hamza, one of the people of Bayhan, whose death was confirmed, while others were treated in Sana'a.
