Sanaa activists defend the judiciary and Muhammad Ali continues Houthi plans

At a high rate, the Iranian arm in Yemen is proceeding to destroy the institution of the judiciary as an administrative and organizational piece remaining from the body and structures of the state, its systems, pillars, legislation, laws, civil, military and security institutions, and its service and development facilities.
Under the headings of corruption and judicial reform, Iran’s arm is afflicting members and employees of the judiciary with woes, starting with the formation of an (illegal) supervisory body under the name of the justice system to finish off the judiciary and subjugate it substantively, formally and publicly to the desire of the group and according to its whims, and not ending with the kidnapping and killing of judges, cutting their salaries, and stopping them in police stations, expelling them from their rented accommodation, and insulting them collectively through the media
In a public speech he gave two years ago (September 2020), the leader of the group, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, and the owner of the justice system, was alluding to the involvement of judges in “the division of lands while they were suspicious,” describing them as corrupt pens, noting that “killing will happen,” in The context of his public accusations of what he also said were "some manipulative/forgery judges".
He continues his speech, calling for exposing all the judges who have been dismissed and showing those judges who are in Hell, in reference to the meaning of the hadith (the judges are three.. a judge in heaven and two judges in Hell), and therefore he demands announcing the reasons for those who were dismissed so that they do not return to suspicious work.
Muhammad Ali al-Houthi considers that the steps taken by the Supreme Judicial Council (at the time) to dismiss many judges are evidence of the integrity of the Yemeni judiciary, but at the same time he does not want immunity to remain for what he considers to be covering up for those he describes as bad.
The group's leader, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, is also giving his opinion, interfering in the affairs of judges with arrogance and unlimited scientific and administrative ignorance. He believes that it is not permissible to "silence the existing imbalance in state institutions" and that it is important to "correct and activate the judiciary and activate the supervisory work to confront corruption."
Al-Houthi believes that what he describes as the supervisory bodies are frozen, failed and weak devices that do not play a correct role and need correction, attention and great support to activate them. He claims that some do not want to deal with these matters responsibly, vowing to move to compel others to accept correcting the status of the regulatory bodies, holding the corrupt accountable, and not providing protection to any corrupt, as he put it.
In his comment on (Twitter), the politician and journalist writer Muhammad Al-Maqaleh believes that there is no corrupt judiciary, but rather a corrupt authority, considering the largest type of corruption “is the interference of those with power and influence in the affairs of the judiciary,” and he said: “If your case is late in deciding, then look for the official who supports your opponent.” He added: “O you faggots, reform your ruling position. All state institutions will be reformed.”
In addition, the political and human rights activist Abdul-Wahhab Al-Sharafi believes that the idea of corruption against the judiciary has no place, and what has a place is the idea of an unjust judge, adding: “If the judge of the first instance court made a mistake or was unjust, he would fix that appeal, and if the appeal did not fix it, the Supreme Court would fix it.” He pointed out that the imbalances in the performance of the judiciary have their reasons behind the authority.
He stressed that Iran's arm has disrupted oversight and inspection in administrative units, has disrupted the Central Organization for Control and Accountability, and has disrupted the Anti-Corruption Commission, and that it targets the judiciary (the institution to which disputes end) and portrays its battle to assassinate the judiciary as if it is a battle of reform, a malicious battle aimed at closing the last window in front of the judiciary. Society is seeking refuge for the rule of law and truth.
