Sana'a, NewsYemen:

With a recorded speech, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi opened a meeting that included his political council and the unrecognized government of Sanaa, entitled inauguration of joint work between state agencies and the components of society, declaring a new stage under the authority of his armed men, calling for work in state facilities and an intense presence in periods of truce and periods in which there are fewer cases of aerial bombardment.  “.

Acknowledging the mismanagement of people's diaries, he said: "We receive complaints from the governorates about the failure to complete transactions."

He attacked the dependence on imports, saying: “Reliance on imports from abroad is a serious problem, as it is a terrible mistake and neglects the national security of the country over the past years,” calling for unprecedented interest in agriculture, the most important of which is wheat cultivation to counter the effects of the Russian-Ukrainian war.  As he claimed.

For his part, the head of the Houthi Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, demanded the government and the local administration to implement the word of “Abdul-Malik”, so the Prime Minister, Dr.  Abdulaziz bin Habtoor said, “We have ministers working without budgets, while the Ministry of Finance faces great challenges with limited resources.”

In an attempt to uphold legitimacy in accordance with the constitution and the law, the head of the Sana’a government under the Houthi authority said: “The National Salvation Government is the government of the Supreme Political Council, and not as the aggression and its horns are trying to attach it to a family to make others feel that Sanaa does not have institutions, but rather is a state of individuals according to what they are promoting.”

He continued, “It is time for us to move from the stage of exception to the stage of the state with all its obligations towards itself and its citizens and those related to respect for the constitution, laws, regulations and systems and respect for administrative hierarchy and to move towards achieving development in the districts and their components of villages and dealing with their children as responsible for them and relying in this matter on collective work ."
