Saada, NewsYemen:

Muammar al-Iryani, Minister of Information in the parity government, revealed a state of popular unrest in Saada governorate, the main stronghold of the terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen.

Al-Eryani, in a series of blog posts, said that Saada witnessed during the past few days a series of crimes committed by Houthi leaders against the people of Saada against the backdrop of the latter’s rejection of attempts to seize and expand their lands.

He explained that the military commander of the militia, Abdullah Al-Razami, a few days ago, bombed the house of citizen Aida Saleh Rabou’ in the Al-Lajaba area of Al-Safra District, which resulted in the killing of 4 and the wounding of 5 from one family, the majority of whom were women and children.

He added that this crime coincided with confrontations between the tribes of Bani Hudhaifa and the leader of the militia called Abu Ali al-Hakim in the Dahyan area of the Majz district, against the background of the militia's attempt to seize the lands and farms of the tribesmen in those areas.

He pointed out that the latest of these crimes was the Houthi leader Abu Yahya Al-Qili plundering citizens’ lands in the Al-Mahadhir area of Sahar District, and his attack with his gunmen on women who came out to confront this crime and defend their lands.

Al-Eryani considered these crimes as confirmation of the tragedy of citizens in areas controlled by the militia, which has disavowed all religious, human and moral values, stressing that innocent women and children are the ones paying the price for these crimes in light of media silence, international silence, and human rights failure.

Al-Iryani called on the international community, the United Nations and its special envoy to Yemen, and human rights organizations and bodies to clearly condemn these heinous crimes, to prosecute and hold accountable those responsible for them among the leaders and elements of the Houthi militia, to exert real pressure to stop looting by force of arms, and to provide protection for millions of civilians in areas under the control of the militia.
