Unlike people who are keen to put small barrels to get rid of garbage in front of their shops, but there are those who do not pay attention to it, and throw all the garbage on the public street, not caring about the cleanliness of the city and its civilized appearance.

This may be due to the absence of laws that criminalize such persons, but also express the limited culture and lack of a sense of responsibility that makes cleanliness of the neighborhood and city where they live a high priority.

"Although there are barrels for the rubbish, many customers get rid of the wrappers of goods thrown on the street," says Rashid Mansour, a grocery owner. It is a behavior that reflects their lack of a civilized aspect of the cleanliness of the city."
In order to preserve the cleanliness of Mocha, Sami Fuad said, it is necessary to impose fines on people who throw garbage in the city, provided that the funds are deposited in a special fund for cleaning and afforestation programs.

Sami added there are warning signs, demanding to get rid of the waste dumped in places where access to hygiene crews, but some citizens do not respond to what should have been done, if fines are imposed they are going to stop throwing garbage on streets.
