نفى وزير الثقافة الدكتور عبدالله عوبل، أن يكون قد وصف الحوثيين بأنهم " يعانون انفصام في الذهنية السياسية". وأكد عوبل في تصريح، نشر اليوم، أن الأخبار التي نشرتها عنه بعض المواقع الإخبارية تحت عنوان " وزير الثقافة : الحوثيون يعانون انفصام في الذهنية السياسية " اعتمادا على مقابلة له نشرت في جريدة الوطن القطرية"، غير صحيحة. وأوضح الوزير عوبل، أنه أكد في تصريحه أن " الحوثيين هم جزء من مؤتمر الحوار الوطني وموافقين على مخرجاته وبالتالي فهم جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية السياسية. وذكر البيان ما ورد على لسان وزير الثقافة وهو" أن الدخول في الحوار شيء وبناء أرضية وواقع مختلف على الأرض شيء فهناك بعض القوى تدخل العملية السياسية وتنشئ واقعاً آخر على الأرض "، مشيرا إلى أن الوزير بحديث ذلك " لا يعني هذا أنه يقصد الحوثيين وإنما ينطبق على أي جهة تعمل على أرض الواقع ما ينافي مواقفها السياسية ،وهذا ما يعد انفصاماً في الشخصية السياسية".
