المحكمة الجزائية تقضي بسجن متهم بالإشتراك بعصابة تتبع "القاعدة"

قضت المحكمة الجزائية المتخصصة بأمانة العاصمة اليوم بمعاقبة الإرهابي سمير علي حمود الصعدي بالحبس ست سنوات. وقضى الحكم في الجلسة المنعقدة برئاسة القاضي محمد بن يحيى البرغشي، إلزام المدان الصعدي تقديم تعهد بقطع صلته بتنظيم القاعدة الإرهابي ودفع أربعة ملايين ريال للمجني عليه الصراف عبدالله محمد حسين الكهالي. وكانت النيابة الجزائية وجهت للمدان تهمة الاشتراك في عصابة مسلحة تتبع تنظيم القاعدة خلال الفترة من 2011م -2013م والسطو على المجني عليه الصراف الكهالي.
