The United Nations announced on Sunday a primary agreement on a second round of talks for Yemen in the second half of January.
The talks should not be in a European country.""If we fail to reach an agreement in Sweden, we will tell the international community the party who hinders the talks, or rejects the solution.
The Government delegation in Sweden announced the direct consultations on the technical aspects of prisoner exchanging mechanisms with the Houthi delegation for the first time.
A member of the delegation Askar Zaeel said that that direct consultations were held between the two delegations to discuss the details of mechanisms of exchanging prisoners, methods of assembly and transport, and international bodies that will supervise the process.
