Army attacks armed militias sites in Sa'ada, al-Baida

Sporadic fighting continues in several fronts in Sa'ada provinces, a stronghold of the militias, between the Government forces backed by the Arab Coalition, and the armed Houthis, the Iranian arm in Yemen.

A military source said to Newsyemen that the army foiled the Houthi attack towards Kitaf district in the province, killing a number of the armed militias, and destroyed two military vehicles.

The Arab Coalition warplanes waged five airstrikes on sites and movements of the Houthi militias in a number of fronts in the province, killing and injuring among armed militias, including the destruction of a vehicle.  

A field source in al-Baida province said that the Popular Resistance waged an attack on the armed militias' sites in al-Zaher district, killing and injuring among them.
