Governor Nabil Shamsan left on Friday Taiz city afternoon. He headed for the city of al-Turbah in al-Shamayaten area in South of Taiz province.

The governor Shamsan left for al-Turbah a week after he was staying into his house in Taiz city. It is expected to head for the temporary capital Aden, an official source told Newsyemen.

The governor stayed at his house from last Saturday and did not go to his office at the oil company, the temporary office of the Taiz province. His departure from the city came amid his protest against the crimes committed by the militias of the Popular Crowd in the Old City.

According to the source, the governor Nabil Shamsan required to return to work after the dismissal of the Commander of the Axis the Major General Samir Haj, the commander of the 22nd Brigade the Brigadier Sadiq Sarhan, and Taiz security director the Brigadier Mansour Al-Akhali, but President Hadi did not fulfill his promise to dismiss them so far.

The governor's discontent is due to the use of the Islah's militias to decide to carry out a security crackdown on their opponents (the GPC and the Salafists) and rebel against his decision to stop the campaign.

The Popular Crowd militias invested the security campaign in avenging their opponents, burned down the headquarters of the General People's Congress and al-Mudhafar Hospital, and targeted with medium and heavy weapons of Abu Abbas headquarters, and houses in the old city.

The Popular Crowd of the Islah Party ended up in killing 20 civilians, including field executions, injuring 60 others, arresting 50 civilians and destroying 40 houses partially and entirely.
