Meeting calls on Presidency, local authority to prosecute attackers on Taiz city

The expanded meeting of the community, political and civic leaders in al-Ma'afer district in Taiz province condemned on Sunday the humanitarian crime that taken place in the old city of Taiz.
He called on the governor Nabil Shamsan to activate the Inquiry Commission and the fair and public investigation of the leaders and military personnel held responsible for the crimes in the city.
He also called upon the families of the victims to uphold their right to prosecute the perpetrators.
The participants also stressed the role of the Presidency and the Local Authority, represented by the governor of the province, to dismiss the military and security leaders for human rights violations.
