The Houthi militias and their loyal people are mobilizing more students and youth from Tehama, al-Hodeida and the Coastal districts, exploiting the difficult living conditions in the light of low-income.

The Houthi militias set up military camps in rural and agricultural areas, east and north of al-Hodeida.

The Houthi militias in al-Hodeida city recruited 20 young men of al-Ma'adel and al-Shahariya neighborhoods and merged them with the Central security forces.
