Houthis occupy his house, try to kill him.. MP Bishr disclose Houthis' atrocities against his family members

A member of parliament Abdu Bishr revealed that citizens are subjected to terrible violations under the rule of the armed militias.

Abdu Bishr said 'he is living under a house arrest' in the Capital Sana'a, confirming the Houthi abuses are going on against him and his family as well as members of his family, including al-Ahrar Organization, calling Parliament to stand by his side and protect him, Speaking to parliament on Monday.

He confirmed that the Houthi militias stormed his house in al-Hodeida city and looted its contents, adding the Houthi militias have been seizing  the house for six months.

He underscored that the Houthi militias have seized a piece of land in Sana'a for four months.

The parliamentarian Abdu Bishr said the Houthi militias arrested some members of his family, adding that the Houthi militias threatened him with death and physical liquidation.

He went on saying "We were surprised on the second day of the Eid al-Fitr on June 8, 2019, at six in the morning, six military vehicle, and another vehicle and three women, stationed around our house, unfortunately, we were not at the house, the accident is documented, my nephew was arrested and hidden..."

"On Sunday at six and a half pm on 17/6/2019, many cars carrying armed gunmen spread and besieged my house, when I came out the house, I found the Houthis had taken my second nephew who was in the house to guard it".

"Despite the militias know me, but they insisted to send messages that we are the main target of their plan, the plan was to make resistance, create clashes, everything were documented ...".

" What is hidden is greatest and these behaviors, violations, mistakes and practices are still existing."

The Houthi militias had closed 17 headquarters of al-Ahrar Organization for more than two years, many have been arrested and hidden, others have been released either with money or hidden their loyalty to the Organization ".

Abdu Bishr said that the Houthis had confiscated the financial resources of al-Ahrar Organization, preventing it to carry out any effective or organize community meetings.

The Parliament member Abdu Bishr called the Parliament, run by the Houthi militias, to take measures stipulated in the Constitution and the rules of Parliament  so as to protect parliamentarians and civilians and open a public a public inquiry through various media outlets.
