The legitimacy government, led by interim President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, attaches the charge of "rebellion" to each party that adopts positions contrary to the Islah Party, the local branch of the Brotherhood in Yemen.
On the other hand, the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen is the most practicing rebellion against legitimacy from within and in the name of legitimacy.
